Trade Marketing Manager
POSITION TITLE: Trade Marketing Manager
DIVISION: Neschen Americas
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
LOCATION: Elkridge, MD

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that profitably grow our channel partner’s revenue base, while building Neschen and SEAL product's brand presence and preference.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage and administer the reseller program to ensure the objectives of both Neschen Americas and the reseller are met.
Collaborate with the Directors of Sales to in the creation of customer marketing plans and the execution of those plans at the field sales level.
Participate in business / marketing planning meetings with top customers.
Lead annual customer marketing planning process for key products/channels/customers including communication of annual sales plans and performance objectives internally and externally.
Review product category performance with brand management and translate product brand strategies and plans into channel specific events, activities and promotions to drive sales.
Implement and track channel marketing activities.
Develop and clearly communicate a channel marketing calendar for use by internal departments to improve promotion and account planning support.
Provide input to product management for product marketing plans and new product definition.
Create marketing and sales tools to support distribution channel marketing programs.
Measure and communicate effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to continually improve resource allocation and efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Job knowledge/skills: Experience in the consumable products industry. Graphics industry experience a plus.
  • Human relation skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications. Attention to detail a must.
  • Years of work-related experience: 3-4 years trade marketing experience. Ability to travel 50% - 60% as needed.

Media Sales Manager
POSITION TITLE: Media Sales Manager
DIVISION: Neschen Americas
DEPARTMENT: Sales
LOCATION: Field

This position is a sales position for the Inkjet Media/Textile line for the United States. The job will include assisting in brand awareness and promotion, sales and distribution, training, education as well as technical support of the Inkjet line.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and budget
Work closely with Product Management to develop new and innovative products.
Provide training/education for internal/external customers
Directly work with Director of Sales to establish and maintain direct and distribution sales
Travel throughout entire territory to generate sales
Attend industry trade shows and deliver product presentations at trade shows and other forums as required.
Provide product recommendations and technical/education assistance to customers
Work closely with industry printer partners
Assist Marketing, Sales and Product Management Departments in creating analysis reports, market research/ marketing plans.
Give monthly/quarterly report to Director of Sales regarding market trends and sales activity for the line
Maintain awareness and knowledge of customer types and product requirements.
Communicate regularly with sales management regarding customers, products, and opportunities.
Set short and long term goals for the Inkjet Media product line
Assist in S&OP process

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Job knowledge/skills: 5+ years Sales or Technical Sales background, with product knowledge in Graphics Industry (specifically Inkjet Media/Textile) preferred. Attributes include working with direct and dealer sales channels and project management. Knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Human relation skills: strong work ethic, self motivated, ability to work well with others as well as independently, decisiveness, strong written and oral communication skills. Good organization skills. 75% travel

Product Manager - Finishing
POSITION TITLE: Product Manager - Finishing
DIVISION: Neschen Americas
REPORTS TO: VP Marketing
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
LOCATION: Elkridge

This position is a marketing position that includes management of the consumable product line as well as equipment line. The job will include the product, price, position and promotion of the entire portfolio.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage complete life cycle of product lines from product concept to commercialization.
Develop training materials for sales reps on product features and benefits
Create pricing models
Forecast sales
Analyze product profitability
Develop new and innovative products
Accompany sales on account calls.
Attend industry trade shows as required.
Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to organize and plan new product launches, including the communication strategy, product specifications, product literature, web site updates and sales promotions.
Create market research and competitive analysis reports.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of customer types and product requirements.
Communicate regularly with sales management and account managers regarding customers, products, and opportunities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No one will report to this person.

Education: BS Marketing or other business discipline
Job knowledge/skills: Microsoft office; Marketing experience preferably in the wide format graphics industry. Product management experience including pricing models, forecasting and project management
Human relation skills: hard working, self motivated, ability to work well with others as well as independently, decisiveness, strong written and oral communication skills.
Years of work-related experience: 3-5 years
